Postage and Delivery
We will try our best to send your parcel within 24 hours of an order being placed. You should receive your item according to the table below, however we are unable to take responsibility for any glitches with Australia Post.
There are a few options to choose from when placing your order:
We are able to offer large letter (for those little items such as socks, a hat or a onesie) and Parcel Post Plus satchel. There is no tracking or insurance for large letters. There is tracking for Parcel Post Plus satchels, but no insurance.
It costs a little more but you have peace of mind as your parcel can be tracked and is insured. You will need to sign for these deliveries. Australia Post offer up to $100 compensation for loss or damage during carriage (at their discretion).
If you would like it sooner rather than later! This option also has tracking and insurance. Australia Post offer $50 compensation for loss or damage during carriage (at their discretion).

And for those of you who spend over $75 on any single Australian order, Hurrah, your order is shipped FREE in a Parcel Post Satchel! If you wish to have your parcel insured and sent by registered post, please advise in the shipping instructions.
We ship to the Asia Pacific region (including New Zealand) and charge a flat rate of only AUD $15.00. We ship to the USA and Canada starting from AUD $15 (uninsured) and $21 (insured for up to $100). We use Australia Post Air Mail, this takes about 10-12 days to reach you depending on your location. Please note all customs charges (outside Australia) are the responsibility of the order recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information about import duty charges.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
As delivery is provided by a third party (Australia Post), Bink Kids won't be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to deliveries. Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address as we won't be responsible for undelivered items and will need to charge postage again to resend to an alternative/corrected address. Free shipping only applies Australia wide. Prices are subject to change by Australia Post.
Refunds and Exchanges
Care has been taken to represent each item as accurately as possible, however we realise that a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size or colour. If that is the case we encourage you to contact us via email or phone to arrange an exchange. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will happily be given if the item is in original condition, ie. unworn, unwashed and preferably with swing labels intact. As soon as the unwanted item/s has been returned to Bink Kids, we will dispatch the new items/s to the customer. Bink Kids will not charge postage to send new item/s to the customer however all costs such as packaging and postage for returning unwanted item/s to us will be paid by the customer.
Please note: Sale items are not exchangeable, and all sales are final.
At Bink Kids, every dispatched item is checked and packaged with the utmost care. However we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit. Should an item be faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us promptly via phone or email to discuss. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Bink Kids will give a store credit or full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault. Bink Kids will not charge postage to send new item/s to the customer and the postage for returning the faulty item/s to us will be reimbursed to the customer.
We are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, so please follow the manufacturer's washing instructions carefully.
